YHIMS is a highly reputed school servicing middle school grades one to three, grades 7 to 9 by western standards. YHIMS is one of two schools in Seoul recognized by the Korean government and offers both an international and Korean curriculum to about 500 students. The school employs 15 foreign full time teachers as well as over 50 Korean full time teachers and part time teachers.

1. Required qualifications to teach at YHIMS:

   - A bachelor's degree or above in the associated field of study                (English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, International Studies)

   - Suitable for E-2 visa conditions

   - Additional teaching certificate, education-related degree, or CELTA, TESOL certificates
